At APR-10, we carefully craft each order of personalized chef and design aprons, making them completely unique to you. Our order process proceeds step by step as follows:
1️⃣ Place Your Order
The first step is selecting your preferred model and sharing your order with us. Once we receive your order, we immediately begin processing and start the production stage.
2️⃣ Transferred to Our Production Workshop
Your order is transferred to our professional production workshop, where your chosen model is meticulously prepared. Fabric selection, stitching quality, and design details are shaped at this stage.
3️⃣ Embroidery Design Stage
After your product is prepared, we move on to embroidery for that personal touch. However, no embroidery is applied without your approval.
Your name, logo, or chosen details are drafted and sent to you—via email for orders placed through our website, or via WhatsApp for orders placed through our WhatsApp line.
4️⃣ Approval Process
Once you review and approve your embroidery draft, we proceed with the application. During this stage, you can always reach out to us with any questions.
5️⃣ Shipping
After the embroidery is completed, your product undergoes final quality checks, is carefully packaged, and then handed over to the courier.
